Body Corporate Strata Group have been a long-time manager of the Body Corporate at our properties in Boronia and Lilydale. Perhaps the most noticeable thing is how approachable and honest our manager is and a highly capable person in her field. She has always gone above and beyond the duties of other Body Corporate Managers with whom I have dealt. Extremely patient with my enquiries offering much of her time and energy dealing with issues ranging from the most insignificant to the most pressing, I have never been disappointed. It is apparent that she deals with a wide range of people, as she is fair, honest, and patient with her clients regardless of their situation or their demeanour towards her.
