I am involved in 3 Body Corporates and have many horror stories - but none with my Hawthorn property managed by BCSG. They are prompt, intelligent, friendly, helpful and has a great memory for the details of our property. I could not ask for more - immediate payment of any costs I incur, resolving problems within the day I raise them, and just treating me like a friend whilst remaining professional at all times with a wealth of knowledge and resources……..
